Especially while AI is penetrating into the general community, it is important to identify where you are standing and where your should be standing, then take action to change yourself.<\/p>\n

How will you create values \u200b\u200band brands not to be replaced by AI? A concrete and clear image is indispensable. The part which is not replaced by AI must be the art that exceeding technologies and skills. In the part that sublimates from technology to art, the unique and exclusive value of a human being is born. Along this time axis, let us make up the road map of life.<\/p>\n

2. To have counterparty \/ thirdparty’s perspective<\/strong><\/p>\n

While you are trying to clear job-entry examinations and interviews for employment, it is important to make use of “job hunting marketing studies” and to have customers’ perspectives. In this case, the customer is the management team and HR managers of the employment companies. We need to firstly grasp the all visible and invisible problems that they are facing in essence, then secondly to present at least a rough proposal in outline to solve these problems. Because the companies are looking for persons who can help them to solve problems, but not only waiting for instructions. The is the opportunity for you to promote your value.<\/p>\n

Approach like the above is necessary. However, it is probably impossible for the young people who have no or less social experience to propose value offering like this. No worries, I will be supporting you in sharing knowledge and methodological skills on this.<\/p>\n

3. To find the essence of job hunting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job hunting is a hard work. The easiest way is to get jobs through personal connections. However, since the candidates come from a limited number of companies of the connection, it is difficult to be the best choice for the particular person. If you can filter to select candidates from a wider range, you may access to more potential.<\/p>\n

How about recruitment agencies? Because new graduates have low wages and less skills, most of recruitment agencies are unlikely to show interest. Considering the productivity when introducing one candidate which the cost of time and manpower are the same, introducing professional skilled candidate will be able to charge higher fee leads to more profit for the recruitment company, rather than non-skill new graduates. It is necessary to know the commercial perspective of recruitment companies.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is better to new graduates to have their own differentiated job hunting strategy and approach, instead of relying on third parties.<\/p>\n

4. To perceive the essence of work<\/strong><\/p>\n

The essence of work is to identify customer problems and solve the problem for the customer. Job hunting is also obvious. It is always important to have a problem awareness. “Do the Right Thing” and “Do the thing RIGHT”. Under Japanese traditional culture, there are frequent tendencies to place emphasis on the latter, so often losing sight of the essence of things. 5-2. Now you have had an evidence to find suitable companies for you. You can make a list of potential candidate companies and positions.<\/p>\n

5-3. Next, rewrite your resume. Be sure to make a BIG difference from the normal ones that will be thrown into the trash can by HR manager. Just sending a resume can not get a good job. In another word, the resume can not be just a resume, but a \u201cvalue creation proposal\u201d to be presented to the company which is required to describe how you can create value for the company.<\/p>\n
