当社は間もなくマレーシアにおいて大学生インターンシップの受け入れを開始する予定である。受け入れるインターン生は、当社が実務教育を行っているETC（ERIS Talent Class）プログラムの中から、意欲・素養ともに優れた学生を選抜する。
これらのインターン生が将来的に当社で勤務するのか、顧客企業に就職するのか、非日系企業へ進むのか、あるいは起業の道を選ぶのかは、すべて本人の自由な意思に委ねられる。当社は、その決断が「確信と誇りをもって選べるもの」となるよう、最大限の育成機会を提供する。
ERISが重視する「三位一体」の人材育成とは、以下の通りである。
■ 方針
ERISでは、インターンシップの受け入れにあたり、単なる職場体験や補助的業務に留まらず、将来マネージャークラス以上で活躍できる人材の原石を見出し、その能力を育成することを目的としている。そのために、どの業種・どの職種においても、またAI技術の発展や社会環境の変化にも左右されない、「三位一体の中核スキル」をターゲットとして明示している。
① 課題解決力（Problem-Solving Skills）
問題の本質を見抜き、構造的に捉え、実行可能な解決策を設計・実行する能力である。この力は、専門性を超えてすべての業務領域に共通し、変化や複雑性の中で成果を出すための基盤となる。
② マーケティングおよび営業力（Marketing & Sales Skills）
価値ある製品やサービスがあっても、それを正しく伝え、届け、対価と信頼に変換する力がなければ市場では成立しない。「顧客を理解し、価値を提案し、信頼関係を構築する力」は、ビジネスはもちろん、人生全般に通用する基幹スキルである。
③ AI活用力（Prompt Engineering / AI Utilization Skills）
今後すべての仕事において、AIは不可避の共存要素となる。ツールを使いこなすだけではなく、「適切な問いを立て、AIから最大限の知的アウトプットを引き出す能力（プロンプト力）」こそが、新時代の基礎教養となる。
この三要素は、将来どの企業に就職しても、どの業界・職位に就いても、AIがどのように進化しても、さらには起業する場合においても変わらず求められる。人生を通じて通用する中核的な能力であり、時代を超えるキャリア資本である。
ERISでは、インターンを迎える際、この3領域に実践的に取り組ませるプログラム設計を行い、1年程度（集中ゾーンとパートタイムゾーン）の実務参画を通じて、マネージャークラス以上の即戦力となる人材の基礎を形成することを目指している。
