We are pleased to announce that our Malaysia business operation, ERIS WSL Management Sdn. Bhd. is currently in the process of registration and establishment and is scheduled to commence operations on 1 April 2024.
In addition to HR consulting services, the new company will also provide operational support services for the arrangement and daily management of foreign and local workers in cooperation with our business partner WSL, a local professional service provider, to our Japanese corporate clients in Malaysia.
Our business scope in Malaysia:
● Support for the design, introduction, revision and operation of HR management systems.
● Arrangement and daily management of foreign and local workers.※
● Consultation and practical support related to Malaysian employment law (in cooperation with local lawyers).
● Distribution of reports on management and HR information.
● Organisation of seminars and workshops on management and HR related, lectures and dispatch of lecturers.
● Providing practical support and Q&A on daily management, legal affairs and HR related.
● Planning and practical support for trade union relations.
● Assistance in resolving fraud investigations, labour disputes and problems.
● Strategic planning, optimisation proposals and practical support for entry into Malaysian markets and business alliances.
● Negotiation and relationship building with Malaysian government and administrative authorities.

● Application for obtaining KDN / MITI approval to hire foreign workers.
● Recruitment, supplying and managing foreign and local workers to various sectors in industries.
● Renewal of work permits and insurance for foreign workers.
● Application for calling Visa, foreign worker permit and arrangement of international flight tickets.
● Management of foreign and local workers covers accommodation, hostel, transportation, security, medical, accident arrangement and preparing salary for workers.
● Supervising foreign workers and Hostel Management.
● Support for foreign workers’ human rights DD (Due Diligence)
